Rules of the Lithuanian Karting Federation (hereinafter – LKF) governing the procedure for registration for events organized by the LKF and the obligations of the parties:

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter – the Terms and Conditions) establish the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of a person purchasing goods from the www.kartingas.lt online store (hereinafter – the Buyer) and the Lithuanian Karting Federation (hereinafter – the Seller) when the Buyer purchases goods from the online store. By purchasing goods from the online store, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. The LKF issues licences (for entrants, drivers, competition organizers, tracks, and officials), is the owner of the Lithuanian Karting Championship, and organizes other competitions.

1.3. Competitions are conducted in accordance with the following regulatory documents:

  • Lithuanian Automobile Sport Code;
  • Lithuanian Karting Sporting Regulations;
  • Regulations of the Lithuanian Karting Championship and the Lithuanian Karting Federation Cup;
  • Supplementary Regulations of the Competition;
  • Technical Requirements of the Competition;
  • In accordance with Article 59 of the Lithuanian Karting Championship Regulations, the Participant shall pay an entry fee.

1.4. The entry fee shall only be refunded if the competition is cancelled, in accordance with the procedures set out in the documents listed above.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

2.1. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt or impair the operation or stability of the online store or breaches their obligations, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend, or terminate the Buyer’s access to the online store and shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer as a result.

2.2. The Seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice and shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer as a result.

2.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions by publishing the amended Terms and Conditions on the online store website. The amendments shall take effect from the moment of publication and shall apply to all transactions concluded after their publication.

2.4. The Seller shall have all other rights provided for in these Terms and Conditions and under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.5. The Seller undertakes to make reasonable efforts to enable the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store. The Seller does not guarantee that the online store will operate without interruption or that data transmission will be error-free.

2.6. The Seller undertakes to comply with all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and shall have all other rights provided for under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. If the information provided by the Buyer in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.

3.4. The Buyer must comply with all other requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions and under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. General Liability

4.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes responsibility for any consequences arising from incorrect or inaccurate information provided in the registration form.

4.2. The parties shall be liable for any breach of the purchase and sale agreement concluded through the online store in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.3. The Seller shall not be responsible for information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses such websites through links provided in the Seller’s online store.

5. Sending of Information

5.1. The Seller shall send all informational notices and direct marketing communications to the email address provided by the Buyer in the registration form.

5.2. The Buyer shall send all notices and enquiries using the contact details provided in the Seller’s online store contact form (email: lkf@kartingas.lt).

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The Buyer and the Seller agree that all information provided on the Seller’s online store website (including, but not limited to, these Terms and Conditions and information about the Seller) shall be deemed to have been provided to the Buyer in writing.

6.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.ės aktų nustatyta tvarka.
